Abstract

Philosophical thinking can be used in understanding religious teachings, with the intention that wisdom, essence or essence of religious teachings can be understood and understood carefully. Abstract

In the context of educating the nation's life, spiritual intelligence is very important play a role in the world of education because in fact in this life not only only intellectual intelligence is needed that is logical, realistic but also it takes a spirit to have godliness, that is truly aware of life we have someone who controls, regulates and determines, namely Allah SWT, so do we must realize very well that every achievement, and a great achievement because his will, so that humans are only able to try and beg, pray to Allah SWT, which in this case is the Implementation of Spiritual Education in every individual who lives in this world , so that every achievement is a great achievement must be accompanied by the extent of the person's business and spiritual level. Study this aims to describe the process of spiritual education, describe whether the implementation of quetiont spiritual education in mts padureso can improve madrasah achievements, and describe the problems that arise and what the solutions are. From the results of the study there are several conclusions including: that there is a difference a very significant condition between before spiritual education and after the implementation of spiritual education quetiont in the presence of valid evidence what the researchers found was a change in attitude, namely after routine educationSpiritually both teachers and students become more calm in heart, honest attitude, discipline, increasing day by day. Although there are problems inhibiting implementation Implementation of Spiritual Education quote, especially at the beginning of implementation, namely students are still difficult to regulate and so that order has not been realized properly, but over time with a solution to the application of rules accompanied by teacher supervision that is intense so that after a while the child emerges self-awareness without coercion from anywhere to carry out spiritual education quetiont.

Abstract

Evaluating a program is an important process by which program administrators can see the program effectiveness and make right decision about the program. This study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the English training program for the local people of KampungInggrisKebumen (KIK) at Jatijajar village, Ayah, Kebumen. The evaluation was conducted qualitatively by using CIPP evaluation model which focused on evaluating contexts, inputs, processes, and products of the program. The research involved the students, the tutors, and the chief of the program. Data were obtained through observation, in depth interview, and analysis of the documents gained. The data were analyzed through four steps, namely: 1) Data collecting, 2) Data reducing, 3) Data serving; and, 4) Concluding or verifying. Data sources triangulation was used for data validating. The research discovered that the program was ineffective due to four main factors. First, the context of teaching-learning was less supportive to the program success. Second, the inputs were in lack of quality. Third, the teachinglearning process did not show good teaching practices. Fourth, the course products did not reflect the program goals.This proves Dunkin’s and Biddle’s theory (1974) that context, presage, process, and product variables are interrelated to affect the success of teaching-learning for a course program.

Abstract

In the midst of world changes that are happening, NU needs to see opportunities and challenges. The biggest challenge is the free market that is currently attacking Indonesia, in various forms, however the world order is no longer uni polar but is starting to tend to be multipolar. Many of these opportunities and challenges were taken advantage of think NU and many say internally NU is only capable sending people in the cabinet to fill religious positions, but in the presidential era Jokowi NU is getting more attention because there are. A line of NU ministers in the Era President Jokowi. The awareness that NU has experienced stagnation can endanger NU's journey and its existence in the future, NU needs to make efforts reforms include: First, in terms of the implementation system education that only relies on studies that are sourced from studies traditional books must be adapted to the demands of the modernization paradigm. Second, from the management side, starting from the pesantren to the organization, because according to the groupprogressive groups of traditional groups can be defeated by a large number of groups small with good management. Third, NU cannot have contact with the outside world avoided again in defensive ways, but instead should be seen as objective conditions that must be faced by making various adjustment efforts within NU itself.

Abstract

Learning innovation is an ongoing teaching and learning process present something new so as to eliminate boredom and bored. Innovative learning always brings something new in every class educational elements ranging from aspects of teacher strategy, materials and tools several other important elements. The learning process in schools, universities is the essence of education at all levels that needs to be improved in quality.In the learning process, students must gain learning experience to solve the problems encountered. Innovative learning is learning that is more student centered. That is, more learning provide opportunities for students / students to construct knowledge independently (self-directed) and mediated by peers (peer-mediated instructions). Innovative learning bases itself on a constructivist paradigm. Character education is currently receiving such attention important in the education system in Indonesia. This is in accordance with the law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System article 3, which states that national education functions to develop capabilities and form dignified national character and civilization in order to educate nation's life. National education belongs to the development of potential students to become human beings who believe and fear God Almighty, having noble character, being healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and being a citizen democratic and responsible state. This writing has the objectives: (1) to explain about learning to explain instilling character values ​​through contextual learning innovations, (2)explains the concept of planting character education through learning innovation quantum (3) explains instilling character values ​​through innovation competency-based learning (4) explains the concept of learning in the era industry 4.0

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the implementation of control systems management through Balanced Scorecard Analysis, through the control system structure management, and through the management control system processes. That approach used in this research is explanative research. Design analysis for testing the hypothesis is done by testing simultaneously using Simple Regression analysis technique. The results of data processing through statistical analysis with a simple regression analysis with the processing steps referred to above and after going through detailed testing with a significance test, then it is made a discussion as a basis for making conclusions on the results research conducted. This study shows two findings. First, System Management control is very influential on organizational performance. Second, BSC very necessary in the management system in both government and non-governmental organizations government/private.

Abstract

Research in an Islamic educational institution about management is very important to know and understand the concepts and principles and functions of management. Research conducted at TPQ Miftahul Huda Krakal, Alian, Kebumen is an old educational institution, but only recently legalized recently. Specifically the research emphasizes the concept of planning until its implementation. With this research is expected we will know how a management concept in Islamic educational institutions planned until the implementation. This research is qualitative and quantitative by using method of interview, documentation, and observation. The results of research in TPQ Miftahul Huda began to show a pretty good development, although there are some parts of infrastructure facilities are lacking, but it does not reduce the spirit to continue to implement learning.
